DATE: April 11,-1988 On March 24, 1988 the Development Review Committee approved the above described final site plan subject to the following conditions: 1. Signs and fencing are subject to separate review and permitting. 2. The open space assessment fees must be paid prior to certification of the final site plan. (Paid on 4-8-88). 3. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6) months from the date of certification of the final plan and all certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three years of the date of certification of the final plan. Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above and distribute.
