On December 28, 1984, you approved the final site plan for the
Pineview Apartments. Construction of the project is now
underway. The site plan you approved provided for a combined
entrance off Greenlea Avenue for both-The Pines Condominium and
the Pineview Apartments.
On July 19, 1984, the City Commission approved the removal of
deed restrictions to allow a separate dxiveway entrance from
Greenlea to the Pineview Apartments along the east property line
of The Pines. This approval was in conjunction with review of a
preliminary site plan showing access to the Pineview Apartments
along the east property line of The Pines.
The property owner of Pineview Apartments has now obtained an
easement from The Pines to provide the access along The Pines
east property line as originally proposed to the City Commission.
The attached site plan has been revised to reflect this access
provision.
I recommend we approve this revision as a minor plan change since
it accurately reflects the proposal submitted to the City
Commission. If you concur, please initial this memo and forward
the thirteen attached copies of the revised site plan to the City
Clerk for certification and distribution with the following
original conditions to remain on the plan:
1. Water easements be granted over the existing lines in
The Pines of Clearwater and over the proposed lines in
Pineview Apartments up to and including meters and
hydrants.
