A copy of DER and SWFWMD applications for permit must be provided to the Engineering Department prior to site. plan certification. (The Public Works Department finds the submittal to be acceptable.) 2. The plan must be modified to indicate 10' drainage and utility easement on the south .property line. (The Public Works Department finds the revised plan to be acceptable.) ~3. All easements on this site must be shown as drainage and utility ease- ments. Works Department finds the submittal to be acceptable.) 2. The plan must be modified to indicate 10' drainage and utility easement on the south .property line. (The Public Works Department finds the revised plan to be acceptable.) 3. All easements on this site must be shown as drainage and utility ease- ments.
