SUBJECT: Certification of Final Site Plan for Hooter's Restaurant (Additions)
liocated at the Northeast Corner of the ]ntersection of Gulf-to-Bay
Boulevard and Hampton Road (PSP 89-03).

The Development Review Committee at its meeting of March 23, 1989 approved the
above described final site plan subject to conditions including the following:
i. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting.
2_ Prior to the issuance of the requisite certificate of occupancy, an
ingress/egress easement shall be provided for the remainder of M&B 13-04
which is not part of this site plan and does not have direct access to a
public street.
3. !n keeping with the time limitation set forth by the Development Code
Adjustment Board on December 8, 1988, in approving a time extension for
the setback variance for the southerly addition, the requisite initial,
building permit shall be obtained by June 9, 1989. Requisite certificates
of occupancy shall he obtained by June 9, 1992.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above and
distribute.
