The site plan for Hampton Square Shopping Genter, Orlando ?hest
Colonial, Inc., was revalidated by the City Commission on June
18, 1981 subject to the following conditions:
1. All parking requirements be met as they relate to
specifie d categories of use.
2, All required easements be~granted.
3. All required rights-of~w~ay be dedicated.
4. The requisite building permit (s) be issued within six
(6) months from the date of City Commission approval
of the preliminary site plan and all requisite certifi@
cafe (s) of occupancy be issued within two (2) years
from the date of issuance of the initial building permit.
Attached are five copies of the site plan for your certification.

On March 20,1980, our client, the Hampton Square Company, was
given a final site plan approval on the above referenced
project. On September 10, they were given a ninety day
extension..
However; because of the economic situation at the time, they
decided not to build, and have since sold it to an individual
who wants to retain the existing design and engineering as
approved last year.
Therefor, we are requesting on behalf of our client, and as hi:
agent, a "Revalidation of Site Plan Approval" review by your
Department and recommendation for approval by the Clearwater
City Commission on June 4,1981. We understand from Mr Snair at
the Building Department that there have been no changes to
effect this type of development on the property.

Please be advised that on September 18, 1980, the City
Commission approved a 90-day extension to the six month
time limit for issuing a building permit on the subject
project development. The original time limit set on
the certified plan was September 20,_1980..
The Commission action results in a new time limit for
issuing a building permit to December 19, 1980. Please
advise this office if this new time limit is not complied
with by the applicant.
