Minor Amendment of Final Site Plan for Republic Bank
Gulf-to-Bay Branch, located on the north side of
Gulf-to-Bay adjacent to and east of Studebaker's
February 14, 1986
~) 33
On September 26, 1985, the final site plan for Republic Bank was
certified. The approval of the plan was subject to the following
conditions:
1. The final plat for Studebaker's Subdivision be recorded prior
to the issuance of a building permit for Republic Bank.
2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured within
six (6) months of City Manager's approval of the final site
plan and all requisite certificate(s) of occupancy be
procured within two (2) years from the date of issuance of
the initial building permit.
The applicant has submitted a new final site plan involving the
following revisions:, .
1. The four (4) parking spaces in front of the building have
been relocated to the area originally proposed for two
parallel parking spaces (southeast corner of site). There
will now be a total of six (6) 90° parking spaces in this
area.
2. The square footage of the bank building was increased due to
the radius of the banking area being enlarged (parking is
still adequate, according to calculations, and the new `
expanded building meets setback requirements).
