The Development Review CommitteeJCity Commission at its meeting of January 11,
1990 approved the above described final site plan preliminary plat subject to
the following conditions: .
1) An eleven (11) foot drainage, utility and pedestrian easement should be
provided along Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard.
2) Three (3) handicapped parking spaces shall be provided on the site plan
as required by Traffic Engineering and State law, prior to certification.
3) All parking spaces shall be shown as 9' x 19' on the site plan prior to
certification.
4) Signs and fencing/walls shall be subject to separate review and permitting
processes.
5) The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6)
months from the date of certification of the final site plan and all
requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3) years
of date of certification of the site plan.
As condition 2 & 3 have been met, please certify the attached plans/plats
subject to conditions listed above and distribute.
