The Development Review Committee at its meetwg of September 28, 1989, approved the above descn'bed
amended final site plan subject to the following cond'iti'ons:
L Prior to certification, copies of permit applications to DER and SWFWIVID are to be provided to the
Public Works Department.
2. Prior to issuance of a building permit, copies of approvedDER and SWFWMD permits are to be provided
3. Prior to certification the site plan is to show the sidewalk along Gunn Avenue. `
4. The required 10 ft. comer easement for drainage, utilities and sidewalks shall be shown on the final site
plan pnor to certification. The easement shall be provided as required by Public Works prior to the w
issuance of a building permit.
5. Prior to certification all pazking spaces shall be shown on the site plan.
6. A dumpster location, subject to the approval of the sanitation superintendent, must be shown on the final
site plan prior to certification.
7. The dumpster must be in a visually screened enclosure with a 12 ft. cleaz opening to the front.
8. Prior to certification the following must be placed on the site plan:

9. Signs and fencmg/walls shall be subject to sepazate review and permitting.
10. The requisite initial building permits must be procured within six (~ months from the date of certification
of the final site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3) yeazs of
date of certification of the final plan.
As conditions #1, 3, 5, and 6 have been met, please certify the attached plans/plats subject to wnditions #2, 4,
7, 8, 9 and 101isted above and distnbute.
