DATE: July 20, 1989
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of March 23, 1989 approved the
above described final site plan subject to the following conditions:
1. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting
processes.
2. Prior to certification of the site plan as submitted, the entire property
shall be zoned CG. (Finalized on 7/11/89)
3. The date and conditions of approval of the Planning and Zoning Board for
the outdoor vehicle sales and display (only) use shall be placed on the site
plan prior to 'certification.
4. Gas pumps and tanks require necessary permits and inspections.
5. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6) months
from the date of certification of the final site plan and the requisite
certificate of occupancy/use must be obtained within three (3) years of date
of certification of the final plan.
Please certify the attached plans subject to conditions ~1, 4, and 5 listed
above and disr_ribute.
