The Development Review Committee at its meeting of April 13, 1989, approved
the above described final site plan subject to conditions including the
following:
1. Signs and fencing/walls and other requisite building permits are subject
to separate review and permitting processes.
2. All existing pavement and curbing for the driveways to be closed must be
removed and replaced with appropriate permeable landscaping, sidewalks and
curbing for Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. in accordance with City standards.
3. Prior to issuance of building and clearing and grubbing permits, copies of
approved SWFWMD permits are to be provided to the City of Clearwater
Engineering Department.
4. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the !0 foot drainage and utility
easement is to be dedicated to the City of Clearwater.
S. The requisite initial building permits must be procured within six (6)
months from the date of certification of the final site plan and requisite
certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3) years of date
of certification of the site plan.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above and
distribute.
