Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes. 2. The requisite building permits must be procured within one (1) year from the date of certification of the final site plan and all requisites certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3) years of the date of certification. of the site plan. 3. A triangular corner of right-of-way will be required for city sidewalks at Gulf to Bay & Corona. 4. Prior to issuance of a building permit, a landscape plan shall be submitted to Environmental Management. 5: Prior to the issuance of a building permit, a clearing and grubbing permit and a tree removal permit (or a no tree verification form) are required. 6. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the site grading, vault and stormwater calculations must be revised to reflect treatment of the first 1/2" of runoff from the entire site.
