DATE: December 31, 1986-
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of December 23, 1986,
approved the above described final site plan subject to the following
conditions:
1. Signs shall be subject to a separate review and permitting process.
2. Parking calculations shall be shown in relation to the appropriate
parking formula. (Shown on site plan)
3. A 4 foot wide sidewalk shall be provided along the rights-of-way of
Palmetto and Kapp Drive. (Shown on site plan)
4. A dumpster location shall be shown on the site plan if the dumpster
service is required by the Sanitation Superintendent. (The site plan
reflects the dumpster location as required by Sanitation.)
5. The existing 10 foot drainage and utility easement along the east
side of the property shall be identified on the site plan. (Has been
identified on the site plan.)
6. The requisite initial building permits shall be procured within six
months from the date of certification and all requisite certificates
of occupancy shall be procured within two years from the date of
issuance of the initial building permit.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above
and distribute.
