The City Commission at,its meeting of .January ,1.7, T980 approved
the following Preliminary Site Plans:
1. The Oaks of Northwood (Tract H, Northwood Estates)
Condition:
1. Issuance of building permit to be within 6 months
from the date of approval and total project to be
completed within Z years (Note: Flease void the
Preliminary Site Plan approved on June 7, 1979).
2. Burger King -- Missouri Avenue. and Lotus Path
Conditions:-
1. No operation permitted between midnight-and 7 a.m.
Z. 5-foot light-proof wall be provided abutting
residentially zoned area to the east and along Lotus
.Path.
3. Wall to be setback minimum 3 feet from property
line and access gate to be provided.
4. Landscape plan to be submitted for approval by
Building and Planning Department in 3 feet strip
between .wall and property line,.
• S. No overhead lighting to be. permitted in residentially
zoned area.
6, Driveway access on Lotus Path be restricted to
commercially zoned area.

SUBJECT:Certification of revised preliminary site plan for Burger King
DATE: January 29, 1980
The preliminary site plan for Burger King, located on Missouri Avenue
between Lotus Path and Jeffords, was approved by the City Commission
on January 17, 1980 subject to several conditions. One of those
conditions was that the total number of parking spaces be reduced from
69 to 55. The site plan which was presented to the Commission (deline-
ating the 69 spaces) was certified on January 24, 1980.
The Surge r King Corporation has now revised the site plan in accordance
with the City Commission's action to provide only 55 parking spaces.
The Traffic Engineering Department has approved the revised layout.
Please certif the attach o ies of the revised preliminary site plan,
