The Development Review Committee at its meeting of January 12,
1987, approved the above described final site plan subject to the
following conditions:
1.. A note shall be provided on the

main rather than the 4" line as shown on the plan (the
Utilities Dept. finds the revised plan acceptable).

dumpster shall be visually screened with a 12 foot wide clear

finds the revised plan acceptable).
4. The requisite initial building permit shall be procured
within six (6) months from the date of certification of the
final site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy
shall be procured within two (2) years from the date of
issuance of the initial building permit.

In August of last year you approved a site plan amendment which
enabled the construction of 9,100 square foot addition to the
Sunshine Mall Movie .Theaters.
The mall manager now requests that an amended site plan be
approved in order to accurately depict the configuration of the
building. The change will not affect the floor area originally
proposed. '
I recommend that the requested amendment be approved as a minor-
plan change. If you concur, please initial this memorandum and
forward the attached copies of the revised plan to the City
Clerk for certification and distribution.
