A note shall be provided on the and page number of the existing (provided on the revised plan).. plan providing the O.R. book blanket water easement 2. The domestic water service shall be tapped to the existing 8" main rather than the 4" line as shown on the plan (the Utilities Dept. finds the revised plan acceptable). 3. The dumpster location shall be noted on the plan and the dumpster shall be visually screened with a 12 foot wide clear ' opening apd be so noted on the plan (the Utilities Dept. finds the revised plan acceptable). 4. The requisite initial building permit shall be procured within six (6) months from the date of certification of the final site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy shall be procured within two (2) years from the date of issuance of the initial building permit. Please certify the attached plans listed above and distribute. The mall manager now requests that an amended site plan be approved in order to accurately depict the configuration of the building. The change will not affect the floor area originally proposed. ' I recommend that the requested amendment be approved as a minor- plan change. If you concur, please initial this memorandum and forward the attached copies of the revised plan to the City Clerk for certification and distribution.
