The Development Review Committee at its meeting of September 24, 1992, approved the above d;acriha+l ;its; plan ~uhi~:~ t
to the following conditions:
i) Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes.
2) The requisite building permits must be procured within one (1) year from the data of certification of the final site
plan and all requisites certificates of occupancy must be o~tained within Three (3) years of the date of certification
of the site plan.
3) Afire hydrant assembly shall be installed not more than 300 ft. from the structure. Su~~~~e.sted locaticm is un

4) Sidewalks shall be shown on the site plan or a note indicating walks will be installed to City Code.

submitted for approval by the Environmental Management Group.
6) Prior to the issuance of a building permit, applicant shall acquire a clearin~~ and ;rubbin~~ permit and a tr~~:
removal permit (or a no tree verification form) from Environmental Management.
7) Prior to issuance of a building permit, applicant shall provide to Environmental Mana~~ement <;nd En ~inee;i~;`
an approved copy of all necessary local, state and federal pzrnuts that may be required.
