The Development Review Committee at its meeting of August 10, 1989 approved the above described final site
plan subject to the following conditions:

1. Fire hydrant as required by the Fire Marshal, shall be indicated on the site plan prior to certification.

2. Sidewalks (5') required along McMullen-Booth must be shown on the site plan prior to certification. Q

3. The building may be moved to the north 20 feet subject to approval by Planning and Development and A

shown as such on the site plan prior to certification. f
4. Prior to certification the proposed total gross floor area calculation must be given on the site plan.
5. All drive aisles for parking areas must be paved and indicated as such on the site plan prior to certification
or as otherwise approved by the City Engineer and Traffic Engineer.
6. Prior to certification, copies of permit applications to SWFWMD and DER are to be provided to the Puhlic
Works Department.
7. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the approved permit applications tc~ SWFWMD, DER and
Pinellas County are to be provided to the Public Works Department.
8. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, [he detention pond limits are to he field staked to determine
proximity to the creek.
9. The requisite initial building permits must be procured within six (6) months from the date of certification
of the final site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy must be.obtained within three (3) years of
date of certification of the final plan.
As conditions #1-6 have been met, please certify the attached plans subject fo conditions #7, #8 and #9 listed
