COPIES: See List Below ~~ ~~ ~J~~ ~(o `~ DATE: May 1, 1989 The Development Review Committee at its meeting of April 27, 1989 approved the above described revalidation subject to the following conditions: (Carried forward from November 10, 1988 D.R.C. revalidation approval.) 1., If it is the applicant's intention to dedicate right-of-way for McMullen- Booth Road, dedication should occur in conjunction with the final plat. 2. An ingress/egress easement and !0 foot utility easement must be provided over the water mains up to and including meters and hydrants prior to issuance of a building permit. 3. An agreement must be attached to the plat and recorded in such a manner acceptable to the legal department that if there would be ,any relocation of the entrance because of the paving of Allen Avenue, it will be the financial responsibility of the owners of the complex. 4.
