DATE: May 8, 1989
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of April 20, 1989 approved the
above described final site plan subject to conditions including the following:
1. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, copies of approved DER and
SWFWMD permits must be submitted to the Public Works Department.
2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, an easement over the water
line to the hydrant must be provided as required by Utilities.
3. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting.
4. The requisite initial building permits must be procured within six (6)
months from the date of certification of the final site plan and all
requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3)
years of date of certification of the final plan.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above and
distribute.
