CITY ft~iANAGE~
The construction manager for the new Grandy's restaurant on
Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. requests that the following three amendments be
approved to the associated site plan:
1. The parking lot striping be changed to allow angled
parking spaces.
2. The curbs be modified to facilitate angled parking
spaces.
3. The driveway radius to Duncan Avenue be increased.
The Traffic Engineering Depa.rt-nent has reviewed the .revised plan
and has .determined it to be acceptable provided the driveway
width to Duncan Avenue measure 24' (the width is not dimensioned
on the plan). I understand the developer has no objection to the
width requirement.
I recommend we approve the request as a minor plan change with
the condition the driveway width to Duncan Avenue measure 24'.
If you concur, please initial this memorandum and forward the
attached copies to the City Clerk for certification and
distribution.
