In order for the city to issue the permit for our new home,
the city building department has requested that I obtain a sign-
ature from each resident in Braeside pertaining to the relocation
of the front wall that sits between Lot No. 1 and Bayshore Blvd.
The serpentine wall protruds as much as 30 feet into our lot
therefore creating a real obstacle in constructing our new home as
we have currently planned. The best solution to this problem is
to rebuild a portion of this wall closed to the property line, so
that I will have adequate turning radius to enter my garage.

6. Parking for apartment units will be limited to that shown on the
