DATE: Match 1, 1989
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of February 9, 1989 approved
the above described final site plan subject to conditions including the ~
following:
i. All existing driveways that are being eliminated by the proposed plan must
be removed and new curb and gutter constructed.
2. Easement and right-of-way dedication must be completed prior to issuance
of a building permit. An affidavit of no liens must be included with the
instruments.
3. Planting of trees in the Cleveland right-of-way will require permits from
the State Department of Transportation. Landscape design along Cleveland
Street should conform to the City's Comprehensive Streetscape Plan for
downtown Clearwater. Parks and Recreation Department should be consulted
for details on grates, trees, etc.
4. Signs and fencing/walls shall be subject to separate review and permitting
processes.
5. The requisite initial building permits must be procured within six (6)
months from the date of certification of the final site plan and all
requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3)
years of date of certification of the final plan.
NOTE: A Unity of Title for the purpose of tying the two parcels together as
one development has been recorded (OR 6915 Pages 1294 and 1295). The proposed
parking exceeds the 1 per 400 square feet of gross floor area requirement for
office use in the UC(E) District.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above and
distribute.
