On June 12, 1986, the City Clerk certified the site plan for
Belleair Oaks Office Building subject to the following required
conditions:
1. An ingress-egress easement be provided for access of City
vehicles to the property prior to the issuance of a building
permit;
2. A ten-foot utility easement be provided over water mains up
to and including meters and hydrants prior to the issuance of
a building permit;
3. A 24 foot driveway be provided connecting with Wistful vista
Drive; and
4. The building permit be issued within six (6) months of City
Manager approval of the final site plan and the project be
completed within two (2) years from the date of issuance of
the building permit.
The applicant has since modified the plan. A twelve foot wide
driveway has been added to the west of the proposed office
building and will connect to Belleair Road. The new driveway
runs through the approved detention area at the southwest corner
of the site. Traffic En ineerin De artment and Public Works
have reviewed the plan change and have no pro em.
I recommend approval of the current requested modification as a
minor plan change subject to the previous conditions listed
above.
If you concur with this recommendation, please initial this memo
and forward the attached copies of the revised plan o the City
clerk for certification and distribution.
