The applicant has submitted a request for a Minor Amendment to the subject certified site plan. The
amendment is to: (1) modify the retention pond; (2) delete 220 L.F. of retaining wall; (3) delete 2' high curb
wall; (4) delete the stemwall; (5) shift the new sanitary line to east of new storm sewer; and (6) modify the
sidewalk in front of handicap spaces.
Conditions of approval are as follows: Display of changes to the retention pond, stemwall, retaining wall, curb
wall, sanitary sewer line location and the sidewalk in front of the handicap spaces. This Minor Amendment to
the certified site plan for Monin, last certified on May 25, 199 is approved. Accordingly, please certify the
attached plans and distribute as indicated below.
