Unfortunately, we still missed a few things I would like to bring to your attention: Although the revised site plan shows legal descriptions for the entire tract of land, the second legal description on sheet (1) should be simplified from m" etes a-Eff bounds legal escription to: _ Lot 1 & Lots 2, Foundation Oaks (the parcel has been platted) heet (2) should show that Lot 1 is zo ed RM-1 , not RM-8.
