May 9 , 1979 %WlaA " \ < <i / e 7-& The City Commission approved the preliminary subdivision plat of Jordan Hills Professional Center on February 21, 1980. The plat was certified by the City Clerk on March 5, 1980. The certified plat delineated a private roadway with a uniform paved width of 24 feet to provide access to the eight lots. The developers proposed a change to construct a 20 x 12 foot median where the road- way intersects with Highland Avenue. The Planning Department chose to take no position on the proposed change other than to support that the median be moved west by five feet. The Traffic Engineering Department was opposed to the change. After discussing the matter with Keith, he agreed to the following design and the developer concurred: 1) Median width will be reduced by four (4) feet--making it eight (8) feet wide. .2) Each of the driveways will be increased by two (2) feet-- making each sixteen (16) feet wide. .3) The median will be repositioned two (2) feet in from High- land Avenue.
