Short Stop Restaurant

On September 26, 1985, the Resource Development Committee
recommended approval of the final site plan for Short Stop
Restaurant subject to conditions. It is the RDC recommendation
to you that the attached final site plans be approved subject to
the following condition:
The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured within
..,six (6) months from the date of City Manager approval of the
final site plan and all requisite certificate(s) of
occupancy be procured within two (2) years from the date of
issuance of the initial building permit.
If you concur with this recommendation for approval, please
initial this memo and forward the twelve attached copies of the
site plan to the City Clerk for certification and distribution.

r--3-,,* 1-3 The Development Review Committee at its meeting of Feb. 28, 1/urant proved the above described subject to
the following conditions:
1),,A cross-parking/access easement linking the res site and the shopping center shall be
,executed and a copy provided to the city staff for review and approval prior to execution, this
easement shall include language specifying which shopping center spaces are to be jointly used by
the restaurant site, along with the number of spaces involved
C`2) The seating area shall be relocated to the rear of the site
<'3) A minimum of four trees shall be planted in the front yard, these trees shall be of a species
native to west central Florida and shall be a minimum of six feet in height and two inches in
diameter at the time of planting
?4) Adequate landscaping shall be provided around the dumpster enclosure and approved by the
Environmental Department
5) A building permit be obtained within six (6) months from this date.
C6) Dumpster to be relocated to provide adequate vision clearence for vehicular traffic
<7) Add one (1) handicapped parking space
As conditions #2,3,4,6,7have been met, please certify the attached plans subject to conditions #1,and 5 listed
above and distribute.
