DATE: February 7, 1989
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of January 26, 1989 approved
the above described final site plan subject to the following conditions:
1. An ingress/egress easement and a 10 ft. utility easement over water mains
up to and including meters, detector checks and hydrants are required
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
2. Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting
processes.
3. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within six (6)
months from date of certification of the final site plan and all
requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3)
years of date of certification of the final plan.
Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above and
