SUBJECT: Placid Harbor Condominium - (329 Island Way)

Mr. Ralph Coxhead, developer, has indicated that he
intends to apply for a fourth extension of his building
permit expiration date. As set forth in my letter of
February 23 to Mr. Coxhead his current extension is valid
through March 5, 1982. Should he submit another appli-
cation for extension prior to March 5th, the application
will be accepted and held temporarily pending discussions
that Mr. Coxhead and his attorney plan to have with Mr.
Healey. If we do not hear from Mr. Healey on the matter
within a reasonable time (two or three weeks) we should
deny the request based on Mr. Healey's memorandum to me
dated January 20, 1982.
The above has been discussed with John Richter and
he concurs with this procedure.

On June 3, 1982, the City Commission approved the revali-
dation of the site plan for Placid Harbor Condominium sub-
ject to the following condition:
All requisite certificate(s) of occupancy be issued no
later than September 4, 1983.
Attached are ten (10) copies of the site plan for your
certification and distribution.
