The City Commission on May 20, 1982 approved the site plan for
the Hercules Avenue Mufti=Family Development subject to the
following conditions:
1.-G-ranting of all required utility drainage and access
easement prior to the issuance of any certificates of
occupancy..
2. Platting of property identified as M&B 11 in accordance
with the subdivision regulations. prior to the issuance
of any building permit.
3. Approval of the.requested rezoning to PS and Land Use
Plan amendment to Residential/Office for the abutting
.458 acre parcel to the south.
4. The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued
within six (6) months from the date of City Commis-
sion approval of the site plan and all requisite
certificate (s) of occupancy be issued within two
(2) years from the date of issuance of the initial
building permit.
Attached are..ten (10) copies of the site plan for your
certification and distribution.
