It is the RDC recommendation to you that the attached final site plan be approved consistent with the design guidelines in the ordinance subject to the following conditions: 1. A letter of agreement from the adjoining property owner on the south be submitted stating his support of a request for vacation of the 10 foot alley at the entrance to the project site and a request for vacation-of said alley be made prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. A private access easement be granted to the property owner on the south providing shared access across the private drive along the south property line, such easement to be granted prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy. If you concur with this recommendation for approval, please initial this memo and forward the ten attached copies of the final site plan to the City Clerk for certification and distribution.
