On May 24, 1984, the Resource Development Committee recommended
approval of the final site plan for the CIGNA Healthplan
Multi-Specialty Care Center subject to conditions which have been
met.
It is the RDC recommendation to you that the attached final site
plan be approved consistent with the design guidelines in the
ordinance subject to the following condition:
The requisite initial building permit(s) be
procured within six (6) months from the date
of City Manager's approval of the final site
plan and all requisite certificate(s) of occupancy
be procured within two (2) years from the date
of issuance of the initial building permit.
If you concur with this recommendation, please initial this memo
and forward the ten attached copies of the final site plan to the
City Clerk for certification and distribution.
