1. On May 14, 1992 the Development Review Committee approved the above referenced preliminary
subdivision plat subject to the conditions listed on the attached copy of the official DRC minutes.
Please submit twelve (12) copies of a (signed and sealed) revised preliminary subdivision plat, drawn in
accordance with Development Review Committee conditions of approval, to our office, 10 South Missouri
Avenue, within sixty (60) days from the date of approval. It is recommended that the preliminary
subdivision plat submittal be limited to one (1) sheet.
When all conditions required prior to certification have been met, the preliminary subdivision plat will be
forwarded to the City Clerk for certification. Please allow approximately one week for your plat to be
certified. (Note: If no revisions are required for a revalidation, a memo of revalidation shall be forwarded
to the City Clerk for Ceritification.)

The Development Review Committee at its meeting of May 14,1992 approved the above described preliminary
subdivision plat for certification subject to the following conditions:
1) Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes.
2) The final plat shall be recorded within one (1) year from the certification date of the preliminary plat or prior
to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, whichever comes first.
3) A Unity of Title shall be recorded prior to certification of the site plan and final plat.
As condition #3 has been met, please certify the attached subdivision plat subject to conditions #1 and 2 listed above
and distribute.

The City Commission approved the Replat of Lot 1 - The Village at
Countryside - Parcel 4 Replat at its meeting of May 7, 1992,
subject to the condition that a Declaration of Unity of Title be
recorded with the Pinellas County Official Records prior to
certification 'of, the preliminary plat.
This Replat involves the subdivision of one lot with four buildings
into three lotswith four buildings for the purpose of multiple
ownership (proposed plat attached).
I would appreciate your review of this instrument for the purpose
it is to serve,ias it is somewhat unique compared to many of the
others we have processed in the past. Attached to the Declaration
of Unity of Title is a Special Power of Attorney (for one of the
out-of-town owners), should this be included in the recordation?

project as well as an executed application for review form and the
review fee of $980.00.
As you know, this is an existing commercial site (constructed
in 1985) and no additional site improvements are anticipated. In
order to insure that all future owners of the lots comply with the
limitations and restrictions on this property, it is our intent to
submit an executed "Declaration of Unity of Title"at the time of
final plat submission.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that pursuant to the ordinances of the City
of Clearwater pertaining to the issuance of building permits and regulating
land development activities, the undersigned, being the fee owners of the

amended subject to approval of the City of Clearwater in accordance with
