The final site plan for Menna Motel - U.S..19 South was.approved
by you on August 1,6, 1984 subject'to'conditions. Two minor:.-,plan,
changes have been approved to.date on this project.
The developer is requesting that the attached site plan,revision'
be approved to reflect a necessary adjustment to the parking
layout at the south.end of the site to.save, some major trees
existing on the property. Construction of the motel itself
complete and pending approval of a certificate of occupancy.
I recommend we approve the modification as a minor, plan change.'.'

The final site plan for. Menna Motel - U.S. 19 South was approved
by you on August 16, 1984 subject to conditions. The developer
is requesting an amendment to the final site plan`to relocate the
dumpster which resulted in an adjustment to the driveway and some
,parking spaces.
The Traffic Engineer and Sanitation Superintendent have no
objection to the revision. I recommend we approve the
modification as a minor plan change with the following conditions
to be carried forward on the site plan:
1. Easements be provided over the water lines up to and
including meters and hydrants.
2. A 40 foot right-of-way easement be given along U.S. 19 as
shown on the plan.
3. The final retention design be approved by the City
Engineer with the berming of the retention area to be
reviewed by the City Forester.
4. Existing landscaping around the ditch be preserved to the
greatest extent possible.
5. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured no
later than February 16, 1985 and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be procured within two (2) a
years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit.
If you concur with this recommendtion for approval, please
initial this memo and forward the eleven (11) attached copies of
the revised site plan to the City Clerk for certification and
distribution.

The final site plan for Menna Motel - U.S. 19 South was approved
by you on August 16, 1984 subject to conditions. The developer

.addition of a 480 square foot sun deck adjacent to the swimming
,-pool.
The Public Works Department and Parks and Recreation Department
have received the proposed amendment and have no objection to the
change. I recommend we approve the modification as a minor plan

including meters and hydrants.
2. A 40 foot right-of-way easement be given along U.S. 19 as
shown on the plan.

On August 14, 1984, the Resource Development Committee
recommended approval of the final site plan for Menna Motel -
U.S. 19 South subject to several conditions.
It is the RDC recommendation to you that the attached final site
plan be approved consistent with the design guidelines in the
ordinance subject to the following conditions:
1. Easements be provided over the water lines up to and
including the meters and hydrants
2. A 40 foot right-of-way easement be given along U.S. 19 as
shown on the plan
3. The final retention design be approved by the City
Engineer with the berming of the retention area. to be
reviewed by the City Forester
4. Final landscape plans be submitted with the final
construction drawings
5. Existing landscaping around the ditch be preserved to the
greatest extent possible
6. The dumpster location be approved by the Sanitation
Superintendent and Environmental Engineering
7. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured
within six (6) months from the date of City Manager's
approval of the final site plan and all requisite
