On March 8, 1984, the Resource Development Committee recommended
approval of a major plan change for the Rhodes and Wice Funeral
Home subject to several conditions which have been met. The
change involved the division of the property in accordance with
the revised preliminary plat and the subsequent revision to the
coverage calculations.
