The City Commission approved the preliminary site plan.for
Bayway Shores Condominium on April 17, 1980 subject to con-
ditions. The plan was certified by the City Clerk on
May 12., 1980.
The developers of the property are now proposing to narrow
the emergency access. drive at the northwest end of the
building and to relocate the swimming pool further to the
east from the-lot line than originally proposed. In addition.,
a jacuzzi pool has been added on the site.
The Traffic Engineering Department and the Fire Marshall have
no objections to the modifications. The City Engineer has
approved the cutback to the retention area which resulted
from the location of the jacuzzi pool.
