On January 11, 1983, the final site plan for Garden Lake
Condominium was approved by you subject to the following
condition:
The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured within
six(6) months from the date of City Manager's approval of
the final site plan and all requisite certificate(s) of
occupancy be procured within two (2) years from the date of
issuance of the initial building permit.
Due to a draftsman error, the building dimensions as shown on the
certified site plan are incorrect. The developer is asking that
the building dimensions be approved as shown on the revised plan.
Required set backs have not been affected and the resulting
increase in building area data has been revised to reflect the
additional 21 square feet.

DATE: January 10, 1983 On November 24, 1982, the Resource Development Committee recommended
approval of the final site plan for the, -Garden. Lake_ Condominiums `sub-
ject to several conditions which have been satisfied.
It is the RDC recommendation.._to_.-Mp that the attached final site plan
be approved consistent with the design guidelines in the ordinance
subject to the following condition:
The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured within
six (6) months from the date of City Manager's approval of
the final site plan and all requisite certificate (s) of
occupancy be procured within two (2) years from the date of
issuance of the initial building permit.
If you concur with this recommendation for approval, please initial

CONDITIONAL RELEASE OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
FOR USE AS DISPLAY MODEL
Date
The residential building located at -
G -7
is hereby released for temporary use as a model, for a period not
to exceed one year from the above date, for purpose of display to
prospective purchasers.
The planned temporary use of the building as a model has
led to certain deviations from.the normal configuration to
accomodate the owner's sales program. Any such deviations which
may have been, approved for the temporary model use, must be
modified to bring the building and lot into full compliance with
the City's requirements for residential occupancy prior to the
end of the one-year period.
Therefore, before the building can be occupied or used in
any manner except for model display, it will be necessary that
the appropriate modifications be made, a request for final in-
spection be telephoned to the Building Department, the final
inspection be approved by the City inspector, and a Certificate
of Occupancy be issued by the City.
