Mr. Townley stated that the certificate of occupancy within one year could possibly be a problem, and requested it be extended to 15 months. He noted that. the permits, which were ready the middle of last year, have expired due to a problem with financing. Mr. Shuford stated he felt there would be no problem with this request and also suggested a nine month time period for obtaining the building permit.
