Applicant's representative, John Townley, 321 Central Ave., St. Petersburg, stated that the applicant Is not requesting any variances. Mr. Townley stated that the certificate of occupancy within one year could possibly be a problem, and requested it be extended to 15 months. He noted that. the permits, which were ready the middle of last year, have expired due to a problem with financing. Mr. Shuford stated he felt there would be no problem with this request and also suggested a nine month time period for obtaining the building permit. Discussion ensued as to changing the starting time for the meeting. A motion was made by Mr. Carassas to start at 2:00 p.m., and seconded by Mr. Bickerstaffe.
