10/06/1980 1200-1372 ABBEY CRESCENT LN HARVARD ARMS TOWNHOUSES ow '%k CITY OF CLEARWATER Interdepartment Correspondence Sheet TO: City Manager Anthony L. Shoemaker FROM: David P. Healey, Planning Director. COPIES: Listed Below 6-v,? > `? SUBJECT: Minor Plan Change/Harvard Arms ( C DATE: October 6, 1980 The townhouse site plan for Harvard Arms was approved by the City Commission on October 4, 1979, The City Clerk certified the plan on October 23, 1979. The certified site plan delineates fully paved 10 x 20 foot parking spaces to serve the development. The portion of the project which is presently constructed provides 9 x 18 foot parking pads which are only partially surfaced with concrete, the remainder of the pads being 4 x 16 foot sodded areas. The developer of the property is now seeking the approval of the City for the concrete and grass parking pads which.are presently constructed as well as those to be completed in the remainder of the project. Attached are photographs which depict the "as built" parking spaces. The Planning Department, Building Department, Public Works Department and Traffic Engineering Department have reviewed the parking plan. The Public Works Department and Traffic Engineering Department have registered objection t.o the revised parking. Their objections are set forth in the attached memorandums. I am forwarding to you five copies of the revised townhouse site plan for your consideration as a minor plan change. If it is your decision to approve the minor plan change, please initial this memo and forward the five attached copies of the plan to the City Clerk so that she may certify them as a valid record of change and distribute them to the appropriate departments. If you choose to deny the plan change, please inform me of your decision and I will respond accordingly to the developer.
