The plan shall show a 25 foot radius from the entrance and exit onto Belcher Road. 2. The plan shall show a 10 foot radius at each end of the drop-off island. 3. Install a sign at Rainbow Drive exit that says, "Northbound Belcher -= Right Turn Only". 4. A driveway permit shall be obtained from Pinellas County for the modifications on Belcher Road prior to the issuance of a building permit. 5. Existing drives from Belcher Road to be removed and replaced with sod, and so noted on the plan. 6. The existing and proposed landscape areas shall be clearly delineated through shading and cross-hatch.
