1. DRIVEWAYS:
a) Eliminate driveway onto Prospect Avenue.
b) Remove one of the driveways onto Laura (preferably easternmost drive so that
the dumpster can be picked up by access from westernmost driveway shown
on Laura Street.
c) All driveways to be no more than 24 foot wide.
d) Right in, right out turn lanes to have raised median with a middle break for
sidewalk crossing.
2. STORM SYSTEM
a) 12" storm system on Laura Street is overloaded to properly handle a 10-year
storm by present City criteria. The detention pond is to be sized for a 50-year
storm with overflow into this 12" system.
b) Show adjacent storm system in the r.o.w. along with all other city systems such
as water and sanitary sewer.
c) Show contour elevations on the site plan.
3. WATER SYSTEM
a) On the Fire line show a double detector check with standard 5/8" bypass.
b) If Siamese connection is required by the Fire Department show this on the site
plan.
c) Show domestic water line City meter and r.p.d. backflow protector on the line.
d) No water service lines or Fire lines are to be tied into water line on Cleveland
Street as this would require a FDOT permit and this would be inconvenient for
the City as presently there are water lines circling the site.
4. Show existing drives, sidewalks and basic TOPO around the perimeter of the site.
5. A detailed landscape plan is to be provided prior to certification.
6. For your convenience, you will find an attached site plan review check list.
