On October 1, 1990, the Development Review Committee approved the above described modification to the site
plan. The request involves two phases consisting of. (1) a 210 square foot additon to the existing office building
and (2) installation of a 4 foot wide sidewalk for a total coverage of 180 square feet near the office building, both
for the existing multiple family residential complex. ' The two phases of construction (Note: the sidewalk addition
will occur only if construction monies become later available) will decrease open space only A% of the total 8.79
acre site. The correlating increase in building coverage will be only .05 % of the total site. It is therefore apparent
that the changes should not appreciably impact the site.,
Please certify and then distribute the attached plans subject to the following conditions:
1. The building addition shall be built a minimum of 25 feet from the property line adjacent to Betty Lane right-
of-way (Phase 1). '
2. For Phase 1 construction: The requisite building permit shall be procured within 1 year from certification
of the modified site plan and the requisite certificate of occupancy shall be obtained within 2 years from
certification of the modified site plan.
3. For Phase 2 construction: The requisite building permit for construction of the sidewalk shall be procured
within 2 years from certification of the modified site plan and the requisite final inspection shall be obtained
within 3 years from certification of the modified site plan.

Dear Sandy:
The Clearwater Housing Authority is requesting a minor site plan
revision to the above referenced project.
The Housing Authority has the need for additional office space,
indicated as Phase 1 on the revised Site Plan dated September 20,
1990. The office addition is minor in regard to the total project.
The office addition represents adding 210 square feet to the
existing 56, 450 square feet building coverage. The office addition
and Phase 2 sidewalk addition (only will be if construction monies
become available in the future) will reduce the open space from
248,359 square feet to 247,971 square feet which is a reduction of
390 square feet.

to the certified site plan.

The site plan 'for-Lewis H. Homer Villas was approved by
the City Commission on September 2, 1982 and certified
by the City Clerk on Se ptember 14, 1982.
The Clearwater Housing Authority is now requesting
that the site plan be amended to incorporate a new
combination fence and wall to the rear of Buildings 11
