The followings are the changes per the DRC comments given to us on Thursday January 14:
• The Certified Site Plan has been modified to show stopping condition near the entrance
from Missouri Avenue.
• A minimum width of 12 feet (inside dimension) was provided for the dumpster area.
• The dumpster was realigned to allow pick up from the south instead from the north.
• A minimum dimension of 4 feet was provided from back of curb to back of curb on the east
side of the loading area for landscaping.
• After discussing with the reviewer, the parking stall depth was kept to show 18 feet as long
as the total pavement width is 62 feet.
Please provide us with four copies of certified plans for our use.
