The Development Review Committee at its meeting of May 22, 1986
recommended approval of the final site plan for Orange Motel #2
with conditions which have since been met or are listed below:
1. Project location sign will be subject to a separate permit
and approval process;
2. Recreation Facility Fees must be paid prior to issuance of
any building permit; and
3. Requisite initial building permit to be issued within six
months from the date of certification and all requisite
certificates of occupancy be secured within two years from
the date.of issuance of the initial building permit.
Please certify the attached plans with the above conditions and
distribute.
