We have no objection to this agreement. However, the retention area requires inspection by the Engineering Department upon completion. It is our intent to fence, with the four foot chain-link type, the western-most perimeter of the project from Sunset Point Road north to lot 41 where the city park property line intersects with ours. Construction on lots 27, 28, 29 and 30 is presently starting, and towards the end of the construction period, we will sod the banks of the retention pond and completely enclose the southern-most retention area at that time. As construction progresses northward, the other retention area will be treated in a like manner. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Respectfully submitted, PATHFINDER SUNSET WOODS INC.
