The National Cash Register Company ("NCR"), by its acceptance hereof at its Home Office, agrees to furnish to the
Customer named above (the "Customer"), and the Customer agrees to accept from NCR the rental of the following listed

AMENDMENT TO
COMPUTER RENTAL AGREEMENT
DELETION OF UNITS
The National Cash Register Company ("NCR") and the undersigned Customer (the "Customer") mutually agree that
the Computer Rental Agreement between NCR and the Customer covering the rental of NCR Computer Equipment accepted
by NCR on . . 19_, (the "Agreement") be modified by deleting the following
units from the Equipment, subject to the conditions stated below:

If the Equipment described in the Agreement has not as yet been delivered, NCR shall make every effort to implement
'~he foregoing deletions promptly in order that the Equipment when delivered and certified by NCR as ready for use will fully
reflect the deletions. In such case the Basic Monthly Rental shall be adjusted initially to reflect the deletions. If the Equipment
described in the Agreement has heretofore been delivered by NCR. the Basic Monthly Rental with respect to deleted units
shall terminate upon their removal. Deletions of Equipment are subject to those provisions of the Agreement dealing with
terminations.
