November 9, 1983 I have reviewed the above location in the field and found that the terrain is such that it would be unreasonable to attempt to construct sidewalks adjacent to this property. Additionally, there are no other sidewalks in the area. Since this location meets the criteria for a waiver, it is my recommendation that the waiver be granted. ~ KC/dmj
