The plan complies with General Applicability Criteria under the provisions of Section 3-913; and 3. The proposed development is compatible with the surrounding area. Conditions for Approval: 1. On October O5, 2006, the Development Review Committee (composed of the City's professional staff) will review and determine whether the application demonstrates compliance with the City's Community Development Code.
