FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY
BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF VIRGINIA AVENUE AND
MEADOW LARK LANE APPROXIMATELY 335 FEET EAST
OF BAYVIEW AVENUE, SOUTH OF 110 NORTH
MCMULLEN BOOTH ROAD (FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF
CLEARWATER, INC A/K/A CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH),
CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 16,
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, INCLUDING A
PORTION OF LAND LYING NORTH OF LOTS 1
THROUGH 6 BLOCK 1, AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 BLOCK
2, BAYVIEW CITY SUBDIVISION, WHOSE POST OFFICE

WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth in this
ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and is consistent with the
City's comprehensive plan; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is
hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning
atlas of the City is amended, as follows:
