2" The City' :may at any ~lf.cirne in the future notify the Ovmer, his heirs, personal
represent'!atives, successors: o:r a.s.signs that the City in its sole discretion has determined
that it is. Clldvisable alCld necess<al:ry ito have sidewalks installed in connection with said
described real prop,e,rty.
3. The Owner or his hoe:bl"s" personal representatives, successors or assigns shall
at his expense withi11l.mnety (901' days from the notifkation by the City have sidewalks in-
stalled for said descdbed rea! property in accordallce with City specifications and standards
as establisl-b.ed.
4.. :H the Owner or his heirs, persona! representative,;, successors or assigns sh,dl
fail to have sidewalks installed for the described :real prco,perty in accordance with City
specificatio~'1ls and standards within ninety (90) days. fronCi !the notification by the City,
then the City may have the sidewalks installed and assess and impose a lien against the
described real property for the cost of the work.
5. This agreement is to be regarded as a covenant rUTHling with the land regardless
ofwheHier itlsspecifically mentioned in any deeds 9r conyeyaJ1Ce subsequently execute~
and this agreement shall be binding on all parties, the heirs, personal representativefE ~
