Scope of Additional Services:
1) Add a 310 square foot meeting room, and include it in
the base bid package.
2) Design an alternate roof support system that would
permit removal of the center core and provide for
associated interior finishing with ceiling, lighting
and flooring. This is to be included as an alternate
to constructing window openings and refinishing the
center core area.
